Codex Labs is committed to making our website's content accessible and user friendly to everyone. We take your feedback seriously and will consider it as we evaluate ways to accommodate all of our customers and our overall accessibility policies. Additionally, while we do not control such vendors, we strongly encourage vendors of third-party digital content to provide content that is accessible and user friendly.

 

Codex Labs Corp has integrated the following third-party components into its website:

Yotpo, ReCharge

Although Entity has remediated codexlabscorp.com for conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 AA, Entity is only able to edit content and code that it has control over.  Yotpo, and ReCharge are embedded integrations created by a third-party, but Entity has no ability to edit these integrations.

 

These integrations are necessary for the provision of goods, services, privileges, advantages, and/or accommodations being offered.  Further, the removal of these integrations is not readily achievable since it results in a failure to make goods, services, privileges, advantages, or accommodations available and there are presently no alternative, readily achievable means available as a substitute.  Moreover, were Entity to take steps to create and/or develop its own integration, it would result in an undue burden due to the time, expense, and expertise costs of creating such integrations.

 

Although these exceptions are available under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Codex Labs will continue to monitor the marketplace for viable alternatives.

 

Third party managed sites:  

When you select a link from our web pages, which leads to a third party managed website, you are subject to the privacy, copyright, security, and information quality policies of that website and we cannot guarantee that the website will comply with the accessibility requirements of Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG).
